By standing and focusing on your health, you will also be less likely to snack throughout the day. The key is to reduce your carbohydrates and sugar intake in general and scrutinize the type of food you eat. Focus on eating whole foods and reducing processed foods, and most of the standard American diet problems will be eliminated.
